By using the services of Dream Relocations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All quotations provided by Dream Relocations are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on the actual volume of goods, distance, and additional services required. Booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment as agreed.
Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. Typically, an advance payment is required before the shifting process begins, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery. Accepted payment modes include cash, bank transfer, UPI, and cheque (subject to clearance).
The customer must provide accurate information about the goods to be transported, including any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items. The customer should be present or have a designated representative during loading and unloading.
Goods insurance is optional and must be specifically requested and paid for separately. Dream Relocations is not liable for damage to uninsured goods beyond the limits specified in the insurance policy.
While we strive to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, road restrictions, or force majeure events. Dream Relocations shall not be liable for such delays.
Dream Relocations' liability is limited to the value declared in the booking form. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, accidents, or government actions.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shifting date may receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No refund is provided for cancellations on the day of shifting.
The following items are not permitted for transport: illegal goods, explosives, flammable materials, perishable items, live animals, and any items prohibited by law. Dream Relocations reserves the right to refuse transport of such items.
Customer information collected during the booking process is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
